Raw Food Tips

During this commercial break (feeling better, but still weak), I'd like to offer some good tips I read in Raw Food for Real People by Rod Rotondi. I reviewed his book in January and have posted these tips on my fridge.

They are:
-Keep bananas in the freezer (they make for great smoothies and shakes)
-Keep salad in the refrigerator
-Make enough salad dressing for a week
-Mix a big batch of your favorite dip
-Keep sprouts in the fridge
-Keep soaked nuts in the fridge. They last 3-4 day. Rinse once per day.

If you all have easy tips for your fellow readers, please share them!
Love,
Althea
(positive comments always welcomed!)

This list can be of importance to everyone as well. Be sure to print it and post on your frig. It's the lastest "Dirty Dozen and Clean 15 Lists."
